The staff there were helpful and absolutely kind. Its location was prime, really close to the markets, mall and food court, Jimbaran beach and hams for snacks. It also was to rent a bike in the area.

Prime and quiet location, I appreciated almost everything.
Location: the hotel was not far from Sidewalk shopping centre, Sidewalk shops and restaurants and a lush green garden, the classic, modern, clean, serenity. Really helpful and very helpful people were working here. I was offered a room with incredibly beautiful views of garden.

Had a very good stay with marvelous Butler's service. the location was peaceful, just a short walk away from Fc Building. There was a modest restaurant, a shopping mall, and supermarkets next door.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with beautiful natural stone accents and a warm, inviting color scheme. The general areas of the hotel are well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for senior people like me to move around comfortably. The hotel's accessibility is also great, with ramps and handrails in place to assist those with mobility needs.
I would have liked to see more assistance available for senior people during our stay. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more proactive in offering assistance and making sure that we were comfortable throughout our vacation.

The resort provided the exclusivity of a modern home with spacious areas for us to unwind and enjoy a quality family holiday. The highlight of our trip was the Jet Ski adventure, which was extremely enjoyable and conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the beach area. With professional Jet Ski guides, we were able to challenge ourselves and have a thrilling experience together as a family.
My kids wished there was a dedicated kids' club at the resort.
